YES! Unless otherwise stated all macaron baked by Meringue + Magic are gluten free. While every precaution is taken to avoid cross-contamination, traces of gluten may be present although highly unlikely.

Placing an order is easy! Email us at hello@meringueandmagic.com (hello@meringueandmagic.com)to discuss your macaron needs. We can cater for all events, large or small. Minimum 3 days notice on single flavour orders. More complicated orders involving multiple colours and flavours require minimum 1 weeks notice.

Of course! We express ship across Australia. During colder months no alterations will be made to the fillings. In warmer months butter will be replaced with solite (vegetable shortening), as solite has a much higher melting temperature. Some flavours will not be available for shipping in Summer, as they will melt. Contact us to discuss further.

Delivery is available at an additional cost. Within 10km of our address in Eglinton, the delivery fee will be $5. 10-15km will incur a $10 delivery fee. Any distance beyond 15km will be charged $10 plus $1 per kilometer. This fee is to cover time, fuel and insurance.
