I created this business to live my dream of being a pastry chef again. After loosing my job during covid I have been unable to return to the career I love.

 

I have 10 years of experience as a pastry chef across Bathurst & Sydney. From cafes to catering. I have a love for gluten free desserts and creating new flavour combinations.

I have a little boy named Oliver. Oliver was born deaf and recently diagnosed with austism. Running my own business allows for flexibility to attend Oliver's appointments and the ability to spend more time with him.
